Zscaler is seeking an accomplished Investor Relations & Strategic Finance professional to drive IR projects and support quarterly earnings processes. You will lead high-impact strategic finance initiatives and build sophisticated financial models to analyze complex relationships for long-term growth.

Qualifications include a Master's in Finance/Economics/Mathematics and 5+ years in Investment Banking or Sell-Side Research with in-house IR at a high-growth public SaaS company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years combining Investment Banking or Sell-Side Research with in-house IR at a high-growth public SaaS company.
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced valuation depth for M&A and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly earnings preparation including press releases, call scripts, financial outlooks, and Q&A documents.
• Build models and leverage data analysis to understand complex relationships and synthesize key trends.
• Collaborate on the execution of annual Investor Day and investor sessions at customer conferences.
