Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking an Associate, Investor Relations & Strategic Finance to join our lean IR team and power how we engage with Wall Street. You will contribute to the quarterly earnings cycle, consensus and financial modeling work, investor events including our annual Investor Day, and strategic finance projects for senior leadership.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role reporting to the CFO/CEO, with close collaboration across Finance, Accounting, Legal, Communications, FP&A, and

Qualifications

Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
Ability to draft clear materials for executives and investors.
Meticulous attention to accuracy and disclosures.

Responsibilities

Support quarterly earnings process, including press release, prepared remarks, and investor deck.
Maintain consensus models and sell-side vs internal forecasts.
Coordinate post-earnings callback program and Q&A prep.
Prepare briefing materials for CEO/CFO and executives ahead of meetings.
Maintain IR collateral and investor website content.
Analyze shareholder ownership and investor targeting.
