Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Investor Relations professional to help execute and evolve the global IR program. You will work to define messaging, prepare earnings materials, and coordinate with executives and analysts to communicate the company story effectively.

Ideal candidates bring strong written and verbal communication, experience with SaaS models, and the ability to translate complex financials for varied audiences. Some travel is required as part of investor engagement.

Aufgaben

• Serve as key support to the IR team in responding to investor and analyst inquiries, ramping over time into a co-spokesperson to investors, research analysts, proxy and ESG analysts
• Partner with the IR team to build a best-in-class IR program
• Collaborate with the IR team and executives to create strategic investment messages (news releases, board/investor materials, etc.)
• Assist in preparing earnings call materials, including slide decks, talking points, and Q&A documents under senior team guidance
• Build strong internal networks and deep subject matter expertise across AI technologies and other product areas
• Support cross-functional coordination and preparation for senior management communications
• Build and maintain IR databases, investor targeting lists, and tracking tools (CRM/contact management)
• Monitor and synthesize sell-side research, investor sentiment, and competitive intelligence on a daily/weekly basis
• Develop sophisticated Agentic AI workflows to ingest industry-level telemetry and automate key workflows, thus enhancing the IR team’s knowledge base and responsiveness
• Support logistics and preparation for investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, and analyst days
• Conduct financial modeling and benchmarking analysis to support the team’s narrative work
• Track shareholder ownership changes and summarize trends for the team
