Zscaler is seeking a Senior Director, Investor Relations & Strategic Finance to join our team. This hybrid role reports to the SVP of Investor Relations & Strategic Finance in the Finance department and translates our Zero Trust platform vision into a compelling investment thesis.

You will build strong credibility with the investment community, manage global investor relations, and contribute to M&A due diligence and long‑range planning while leading earnings narratives and investor events.

Qualifikationen

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and positioning AI‑driven pipelines.
• 12+ years of experience combining Investment Banking or Sell‑Side Research with IR at a high‑growth public SaaS company.
• Cybersecurity & SaaS fluency with cloud infrastructure and subscription models.
• Advanced valuation and modeling depth for discussions with institutional analysts.
• BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field; interest in equity markets.

• Architect the financial narrative and author quarterly earnings materials.
• Lead outbound IR and cultivate relationships with analysts and investors.
• Target and build relationships with new institutional shareholders worldwide.
• Plan and execute investor events and roadshows.
