Northrop Grumman is seeking an IPT Lead to provide day-to-day leadership and programmatic oversight for engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and product support teams. You will ensure timely release of technical data, configuration baselines, and hardware for production schedules, interfacing with program leadership and customers.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 9 years of related experience, or Master’s degree with 7 years of experience in program management or engineering leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional IPTs delivering production and manufacturing outputs, including designs, drawings, parts, and requirements.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance or higher; ability to obtain TS clearance as required.
• Strong background in customer engagement, proposal development, and contract execution.
• Familiarity with government and military contracts and acquisition processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a cross-functional IPT to plan and deliver production-focused outputs including design releases, drawings/models, specs, parts lists, and manufacturing/inspection requirements.
• Own cost, schedule, and technical execution with integrated master schedules and resource plans aligned to manufacturing needs.
• Drive design maturity and producibility by coordinating reviews, baselines, and change incorporation; ensure DFMA principles in releases.
• Support production readiness by coordinating manufacturing plans, tooling, MBOM alignment, and initial build support; resolve issues.
• Monitor risk, issue, and opportunity management with mitigation actions and reporting to leadership and customers.
• Lead change management for production-impacting content and coordinate with Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Test.
• Ensure clear, traceable, and executable requirements across factory and supplier base; drive continuous improvement metrics.
