Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space System is seeking an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead in Linthicum, MD. This role supports the Intelligence Systems Division and requires an active Top Secret clearance.

Hybrid work arrangement is available (80% on site, 20% remote) for local candidates. The position leads cross-discipline teams (RF, electrical, digital, power, mechanical, antenna, embedded processing) and interfaces with engineering, program management, manufacturing and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Managed across system, software and hardware teams in a similar to-Engineering Program Manager role on an NRE development program OR led as an IPT Lead on an NRE development program.
• Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM with extensive experience as specified.
• Must have strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical development and direction for all aspects of engineering on a program, including design, development, implementation, testing and delivery to customer.
• Own the integration of the overall technical plan within the IMS and controls scope within the project baseline.
• Own quality, technical performance, budget and schedule responsibility for engineering content of the program.
• Ensure adherence to engineering processes across development, production, testing and sustainment.
