Job summary

Spirit AeroSystems is seeking a Program Manager to lead an Integrated Product Team within Spirit Defense. You will drive IPT planning, master schedule alignment, and lifecycle requirement validation for end items and deliverables.

The role emphasizes earned value, change control, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain. U.S. citizenship and security clearances are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience or more than 10 years of experience.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance and Special Program Access (for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship).

Responsibilities

• Organizing and leading the IPT; establishing, executing and maintaining IPT planning.
• Planning elements in support of the program integrated master schedule.
• Conducting IPT-level change control and RIO boards and ensuring integration with CCPB.
• Responsible for technical, cost, schedule, and quality of IPT end items and deliverables.
• Coordination on identification, development and validation of IPT life cycle requirements.
