Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. in Wichita, Kansas, seeks an experienced IPT leader to organize and drive Integrated Product Teams for defense and space programs. You will plan schedules, manage changes, coordinate with supply chain, and oversee cost, schedule, and quality performance across end items.

A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience are required, along with the ability to obtain U.S. security clearances.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years related experience.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance and Special Program Access (U.S. citizenship required).

Responsabilidades

• Organizing and leading the IPT; establishing, executing and maintaining IPT planning.
• Planning elements in support of the program integrated master schedule.
• Conducting IPT-level change control and RIO boards; supporting the Program Manager in stakeholder needs.
• Responsible for the technical, cost, schedule, and quality performance of the IPT end items.
• Coordination on the identification, development and validation of IPT life cycle requirements.
• Maintaining EVM status and associated budgets and schedules.
• Coordination with SCM on supplier selection, integration, and oversight of SOW.
• Overseeing efforts to qualify materials, processes and suppliers.
• Development and delivery of end items / products.
• Integration and utilization of standards and best practices within the IPT.
