Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or related discipline with 5+ years (MS) or 10+ years (BS) of engineering experience.
• Strong ability to grasp new concepts quickly and organize work to meet schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work extended hours and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Integrated Product Team (IPT) for TVC actuation system development, integration, and testing.
• Ensure end-to-end design, integration, and testing to meet program requirements.
• Develop and maintain plans and schedules; provide progress metrics and status updates.
• Collaborate across teams, suppliers, and customers to address design, interfaces, and risk.
