Moog Inc. in Buffalo, NY is seeking an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead Engineer to drive technical oversight, design, and integration of TVC actuation systems for space and defense programs.

You’ll coordinate across teams, support readiness reviews, and manage staff to deliver compliant, well-documented solutions. The role requires leadership in a fast-paced, technically diverse environment with extensive collaboration with external partners and customers, including readiness for extended

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain a clearance S (TS preferred).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering with progressive engineering experience.
• Ability to understand new concepts quickly and organize work to meet timelines.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Integrated product team (IPT) lead responsible for technical oversight, direction and hands on design to develop, and integrate the TVC actuation system.
• Ensures end-to-end products are designed, integrated and tested to support program requirements.
• Leads development, maintenance and modification of the design for transition into production.
• Leads trade studies to ensure the design meets all mechanical and environmental requirements.
• Supports program design reviews and liaises with engineering staff across teams.
