Job summary

Moog in Buffalo, NY is seeking an IPT Lead Engineer - Development to drive technical oversight and hands-on design of the TVC actuation system within Space and Defense Group. You will lead cross-functional teams across prime customers, suppliers and internal groups throughout the development lifecycle.

The role requires senior engineering leadership, extensive system design experience, and proven ability to deliver compliant, well-documented solutions on complex defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field with progressive engineering experience.
• 10+ years with a Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years with a Master’s degree; equivalent experience possible.

Responsibilities

• Lead Integrated Product Team (IPT) responsible for technical oversight and hands-on design of the TVC actuation system.
• Ensure end-to-end product design, integration, testing to meet program requirements.
• Coordinate across teams, customers, suppliers throughout the development cycle.
