Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Program Engineer at its Orlando, FL location. The IPT Lead will provide technical leadership to a multi-disciplinary team and drive day-to-day execution to meet system requirements across design, fabrication, test and life cycle stages.

Responsibilities include coordinating IPT tasks, managing risk and schedule, and delivering technical reports and briefings to management and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree with at least 4 years of related experience; or 10 years without a degree.
• Strong knowledge of the job area.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPT on subsystem development, verification and production tasks.
• Communicate program status to management and customers.
• Coordinate schedules and workflow across operations.
• Provide technical consultation for business development and briefings.
• Support proposals to government customers.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
