You will ensure hardware, software, and facilities align with program objectives while interfacing with management, engineering, and customers.

The role emphasizes system-level verification planning, test strategy development, and risk mitigation across development to customer acceptance, with a 9/80 schedule and potential security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of related experience; graduate degree or 6+ years alternative.
• Extensive experience in EW, avionics, or defense system integration and test.
• Knowledge of military environmental and electromagnetic qualification standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead top-level integration and test planning for complex EW systems across the program lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet technical, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Develop system integration and test strategies, plans, and top-level test flows.
• Ensure verification methods and matrices address system requirements.
• Oversee test readiness reviews, anomaly investigations, and risk mitigation.
• Interface with program management, chief systems engineering, and customers.
