Job summary

L3Harris is seeking an experienced IPT Lead for Systems Integration & Test in Clifton, NJ. The role focuses on leading a multi-disciplinary team through integration, verification, and customer acceptance of complex Electronic Warfare systems.

You will collaborate with program management, chief systems engineering, and customers to plan and execute system-level verification, test activities, and risk-driven mitigations throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree with at least 4 years of related experience; or 10 years without degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead top-level integration and test planning and execution.
• Develop the System Integration & Test Plan for the program.
• Define and support test events and readiness activities.
• Oversee test equipment, software, and analysis tools.
• Mentor team members and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
• Communicate status and risks to customers and leadership.
