Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer (IPT Lead) in Clifton, NJ to lead integration and test across the EW systems program.

This role requires extensive leadership of a multi-disciplinary team and collaboration with program management, chief systems engineering, and customers. The IPT Lead will drive system design through integration, test, installation, and customer acceptance, ensuring compliance with schedules, costs, and technical objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 9+ years in related roles or 6+ with graduate degree or 13+ years without degree.
• Experience leading IPTs for integration, test, or development programs.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-810/MIL-STD-461 and DO-160/DO-178C environments is desirable.
• Experience in EW, avionics, aerospace and defense systems, or related mission systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead top-level integration and test planning and execution for complex EW systems.
• Develop and maintain system integration and test strategies, plans, and top-level test flows.
• Coordinate with Systems Engineering to develop verification approaches and matrices.
• Interface with program management, chief systems engineering, and customers on planning.
