Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 6+ years of relevant engineering experience; Graduate Degree with 4+ years experience; or 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong knowledge of the job area and responsible to lead design requirements, verification, and production tasks.
• Preferred clearances and aerospace program experience are advantageous for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary IPT on subsystem and component development, verification, and production tasks with risk, schedule, and cost oversight.
• Communicate program status to Engineering Management, the Chief Program Engineer, and the Program Manager; prepare technical reports and reviews.
• Coordinate schedules and workflows across manufacturing, engineering, test, and related functions.
• Provide technical consultations for proposals and business development activities, including white papers and customer briefings.
• Support government or prime contractor proposals with engineering input and technical insights.
• Possess the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
