Job summary

Yamhill County Health and Human Services is seeking a HHS Supervisor 2 to lead IPS Supported Employment & Education and Habilitative Services teams in McMinnville, OR. You will supervise staff, ensure fidelity-driven service delivery, and build partnerships with local and state entities to support recovery-oriented services.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field and credentialing as QMHP, LCSW, LPC or LMFT with two years of clinical supervision experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• Credentialed as QMHP, LCSW, LPC or LMFT with two years of experience to meet supervisor eligibility.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary clinical and administrative supervision to Human Services staff.
• Oversee service delivery in accordance with a fidelity model.
• Manage referral screening and caseload assignments.
• Lead collaboration with Program Manager and community/state partners.
• Conduct program evaluations and provide consultation on activities.
