Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field or a combination of at least three years of relevant work, education, or training.
Must meet Oregon State (OARS) requirements and maintain certification as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA).
Valid Oregon driver’s license with insurable record and automobile insurance.
Responsibilities
Conduct career profile assessments to help clients secure employment.
Guide clients through job search and workplace integration.
Assist clients with educational goals for career advancement.
Provide individualized support for benefits and medical care coordination.
Teach essential life skills to foster independence.
Collaborate with families and communities to aid client recovery.
Support individuals in crisis and ensure their safety.
Coordinate transportation for clients to engagement opportunities.
Complete documentation accurately and promptly.
Prioritize tasks effectively to meet program goals.
