Yamhill County is seeking a mission-driven Program Supervisor in Developmental Disabilities (DD) to lead a team of staff and coordinate service delivery for clients and families in our DD programs.
The role emphasizes supervision, clinical planning and policy development, with opportunities to train staff and partners, ensuring compliance with administrative rules and funding expectations. This is a non-bargaining, onsite position with some remote work flexibility.
Yamhill County has one regular full-time position for a Program Supervisor in Developmental Disabilities (DD). We are looking for a leader wanting to serve the community as one of two Community Developmental Disabilities Supervisors. In this role you will provide supervision and clinical planning with services coordinators, specialty programs, and other program staff to ensure client planning is in alignment with client and family needs as well as administrative rules and funding expectations. You will coordinate and/or facilitate trainings for DD staff and community partners, participate in the development of program policy, and employ and evaluate designated program staff. THIS IS A NON-BARGAINING POSITION.
This position is onsite with the flexibility for some remote work.
