Job summary

Yamhill County is seeking a mission-driven Program Supervisor in Developmental Disabilities (DD) to lead a team of staff and coordinate service delivery for clients and families in our DD programs.

The role emphasizes supervision, clinical planning and policy development, with opportunities to train staff and partners, ensuring compliance with administrative rules and funding expectations. This is a non-bargaining, onsite position with some remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience with staff supervision.
• Five years of experience in technical or professional level staff work related to developmental disabilities services.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in management such as business or public administration, or in developmental disabilities services can substitute for up to three years of experience.
• Must meet education and experience requirements in OAR 411-320-0030(5)(A).

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and clinical planning with services coordinators, specialty programs and other staff to align client planning with needs, rules and funding.
• Coordinate and/or facilitate trainings for DD staff and community partners.
• Participate in development of program policy and evaluate designated staff.
• Embody and enforce standards of service delivery and program performance.
