Job summary

Yamhill County seeks an innovative HHS Manager to lead the Family & Youth Division's integrated mental health and addictions program for children and adolescents. You will drive program development, planning, and outcome monitoring while recruiting, training, and supervising staff.

The role oversees a division budget of approximately $9.9 million plus $750,000 in provider contracts and around 42 full-time equivalent staff. A master’s degree with progressive leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or advanced training is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in program administration or supervision.
• Graduate-level coursework may substitute for up to two years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a fast-paced, integrated mental health and addictions program for children and adolescents.
• Develop, plan, and monitor outcomes across the division.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff within the Family & Youth Division.
