Job summary

EY in New York is seeking an IPO and SPAC Advisory Associate to support strategic financing opportunities, transaction management and client advisory work. You will help craft equity stories, models and investor messaging, while coordinating with deal teams and stakeholders across regions.

The role requires 1–4 years in Equity Capital Markets, relevant securities licenses, and strong analytical and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in the Equity Capital Markets group at a major investment bank.
• Existing Series 7 and/or 79 plus Series 63 licenses (in good standing).
• Strong experience evaluating and executing financing transactions.
• Established networking skills with ability to develop relationships at all levels.
