Job summary

Atrium is seeking a Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting Manager to join its corporate accounting team. The role focuses on technical accounting, SEC reporting, and financial close, with IPO readiness as a core objective.

The position offers hybrid work (two days onsite in Alpharetta, GA) and a base salary of $120K–$140K with a target 15% bonus, potentially up to $150K total compensation for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, financial reporting, or technical accounting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and reporting deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to support both financial reporting and consolidations responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Assist IPO readiness initiatives, including confidential S-1 preparation.
• Develop SEC reporting processes, controls, and documentation.
• Support Form 10-K and Form 10-Q reporting after transition to public-company status.
• Collaborate with leadership and external auditors for timely reporting.
• Utilize Workiva, ActiveDisclosure, or similar tools for financial reporting.
