Job summary

Apptronik, Inc. in Austin, TX, seeks a Senior Manager of Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting to lead our technical accounting function and support IPO readiness. You will own complex accounting matters, prepare memos and disclosures, and partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations to scale the business.

The role reports to the Controller, builds policy frameworks, and drives public-company preparation as the company grows. Hybrid work schedule in north Austin is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA designation required with knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3–4 years in Big 4 or national firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead the research, interpretation, and application of U.S. GAAP to current and future company activities.
• Prepare technical accounting memos, policies, and financial statement disclosures.
• Support audit activities, IPO readiness, and public-company reporting.
