Job summary

Atrium is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to oversee external financial reporting, technical accounting, global consolidations, and financial close for a complex, multi-entity organization. You will prepare external statements, manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and external auditors to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

This role emphasizes process improvements and stronger internal controls.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in public accounting and 3+ years in corporate accounting.
• Strong financial reporting and technical accounting knowledge.
• Experience working in a multi-currency environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review external financial statements, disclosures, and supporting schedules.
• Research complex accounting matters, document conclusions, and implement new accounting guidance and policies.
• Oversee global consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and foreign currency translation.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, account reconciliations, and internal controls.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external auditors to support accurate reporting and compliance.
• Improve reporting processes, strengthen controls, and support financial reporting system initiatives.
