The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of training experience to IPC and J-STD, a Certified IPC Trainer credential, and a strong grasp of manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 5 years experience training and certifying employees to IPC and J-STD requirements.
• Certified IPC Trainer.
• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs for manufacturing employees focusing on process knowledge, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to manufacturing employees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted training solutions.
• Evaluate training programs through assessments and feedback, driving continuous improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing processes and incorporate them into training.
