Job summary

American Training is seeking a full-time Electronic Manufacturing Trainer at LARE Institute in Andover, MA. The trainer will teach the Electronic Assembly, Soldering and Inspection Certification Program while developing curriculum and maintaining IPC standards.

This position requires IPC‑A‑610 and J‑STD‑001 instructor certifications along with five years of industry experience. A range of benefits is offered, including competitive pay, health insurance, and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be IPC‑A‑610 and J‑STD‑001 instructor certified.
• Minimum of five (5) years industry‑related experience in electronic assembly, soldering, and inspection.
• Must be able to pass a CORI and SORI and be approved by the MA Department of Professional Licensure.

Responsibilities

• Develops, updates, and instructs course curriculum and lesson plans while maintaining standards set by the IPC.
• Prepare, coordinate, and administer IPC‑A‑610 and J‑STD‑001 Certification exams for all students.
• Maintains current working knowledge of relevant procedures in electronic assembly, soldering and inspection.
