Job summary

SEAKR Engineering seeks an experienced Production Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for electronics workmanship to Assembly Technicians and Quality Inspectors. You will own training compliance, onboarding, certification tracking, and audit-ready records while collaborating with EHS, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.

The role requires strong knowledge of IPC standards, hands-on teaching ability, and the capacity to maintain certification matrices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; technical electronics training preferred.
• 5+ years electronics manufacturing, assembly or inspection experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain IPC J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620 credentials; company sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on training for IPC standards and workmanship.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and qualification matrix.
• Coordinate safety and PPE training with EHS; ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Escalate missed or expired training; support new-hire onboarding and refresher courses.
• Travel up to 10% for instructor certification as needed.
