Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Manufacturing Process Trainer in Clearwater, FL. The role focuses on designing and delivering training for manufacturing staff to ensure proficiency in latest processes, techniques, and safety; driving efficiency, quality, and compliance across operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of training experience to IPC and J-STD, a Certified IPC Trainer credential, and a strong grasp of manufacturing processes.

• Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes.

As a Manufacturing Process Trainer-Skilled here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will train and develop our manufacturing workforce, ensuring they are proficient in the latest processes and techniques, driving efficiency, quality, and safety. You will report directly to our Leadership and you'll work out of our Clearwater, FL location on an On-site work schedule.

As a Manufacturing Process Trainer-Skilled here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in training and developing our manufacturing workforce. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our team members are well-versed in the latest manufacturing processes and techniques, driving efficiency, quality, and safety in our operations.

In this role, you will impact the overall performance and productivity of our manufacturing operations by equipping our team with the necessary skills and knowledge. Your training programs will focus on enhancing the technical capabilities of our workforce, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
