• Four (4) year university or college degree and 8+ years of job-related experience
• Paralegal Certificate (not required if have 2-year degree in Paralegal Studies)

Responsibilities

• Support M&A attorneys and Corporate Development clients
• Manage the due diligence process throughout various transactions
• Manage multiple tasks at once with varying timelines; organize meetings across all time zones; coordinate meetings with large attendance base (50+ attendees)
• Build and enhance process improvement projects and maintain training materials to members across the enterprise
