Bridgeline Solutions is representing an Am Law Firm in search of an Intellectual Property Trademark Paralegal to support the Trademark, Copyright & Branding Practice Group in select Midwest and Southwest markets. You will manage domestic and international trademark portfolios, file and maintain trademark applications, and coordinate with foreign counsel to ensure timely filings and enforcement.

You will also support copyright registrations and IP due diligence while preparing regular status

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of trademark paralegal experience in large domestic and international portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of USPTO, WIPO, TTAB, and international trademark procedures.
• Experience with trademark docketing systems and deadline management.

• Conduct trademark searches, monitor deadlines, and maintain docket accuracy.

• Coordinate with foreign associates on international filings, renewals, oppositions, and enforcement matters.
• Support copyright registrations, domain name management, ownership transfers, and IP due diligence projects.
• Prepare status reports and communicate regularly with attorneys, clients, and foreign counsel regarding portfolio activity and deadlines.
• Assist with trademark enforcement matters, watch notices, adverse proceedings, and special IP projects.
