LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks an IP Trademark Paralegal to join a collaborative legal team in a hybrid Dallas-area role, supporting U.S. and international trademark matters and assisting with filings and deadlines.

You will prepare and file US and international applications, respond to Office Actions, manage docketing, and coordinate with foreign counsel to protect valuable IP assets across jurisdictions.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of IP Trademark Paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of USPTO procedures and trademark prosecution.
• Experience with domestic and international trademark filings.
• Familiarity with IP docketing software (PATTSY preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and file U.S. and international trademark and copyright applications.
• Draft and file responses to Office Actions and related USPTO documents.
• Manage foreign trademark filings and international counsel communications.
• Maintain IP docketing systems and monitor deadlines.
• Conduct trademark searching, screening, and clearance reviews.
• Support portfolio management, audits, and maintenance activities.
• Assist with assignments, licensing, NDAs, powers of attorney, and other IP agreements.
• Prepare client correspondence, reports, and legal documents.
• Provide comprehensive support to multiple attorneys in a fast-paced practice.

Are you an experienced IP Trademark Paralegal looking to join a collaborative and highly respected legal team?

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong trademark prosecution experience to support attorneys on a wide range of U.S. and international intellectual property matters. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated trademark portfolios, manage filings and deadlines, and play a key role in protecting valuable IP assets.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and file U.S. and international trademark and copyright applications
• Draft and file applications, responses to Office Actions, Statements of Use, Amendments to Allege Use, and related USPTO documents
• Manage foreign trademark filings and correspondence with international counsel
• Maintain IP docketing systems and monitor critical deadlines
• Conduct trademark searching, screening, and clearance reviews
• Support portfolio management, audits, and maintenance activities
• Assist with assignments, licensing matters, NDAs, powers of attorney, and other IP-related agreements
• Prepare client correspondence, reports, and legal documents
• Provide comprehensive support to multiple attorneys in a fast-paced practice

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IP Trademark Paralegal experience in a law firm
• Strong knowledge of USPTO procedures and trademark prosecution
• Experience with domestic and international trademark filings
• Familiarity with IP docketing software (PATTSY preferred)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and technology savvy
• Bachelor's degree, Paralegal Certificate, Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies, or CLA designation preferred

Compensation

$75,000 - $120,000, based on experience.
