Qualifications

• Experience drafting and negotiating IP/technology transactions at a major law firm.
• Experience in technology and/or life sciences transactions.
• IP due diligence for corporate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate IP and technology transactions (license, collaboration, SaaS, cloud, outsourcing).
• Advise clients on IP compliance involving open source software, AI, and data.
• Support IP aspects of M&A, private equity, and financing transactions.
