• Advising clients on emerging issues in AI systems, software, or governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a wide range of technology and commercial agreements, including software development and licensing, SaaS, reseller, hardware, and systems implementation.
• Advise clients on emerging technologies and evolving business models, including AI systems, agents, and tools.
• Support matters involving e-commerce, monetization, licensing, and distribution of content and software across digital and traditional media platforms.
• Counsel clients on protection, licensing, and commercialization of intellectual property.
• Collaborate with venture capital and M&A teams on tech/IP aspects of corporate transactions.
• Work directly with clients to understand business objectives and develop practical, commercially focused solutions.
