Job summary

Clarivate is hiring an Implementation Consultant to join the Intellectual Property team in Ann Arbor, MI. In this client-facing role, you will partner with customers to deploy Clarivate software solutions, guiding them through implementation, adoption, and best practices.

You will manage end-to-end projects and help customers maximize the value of Clarivate products while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a client implementation or client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and deploy Clarivate software solutions based on client requirements and best practices.
• Analyze and interpret business requirements, workflows, and data to design appropriate solutions.
• Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot software product issues with Product and Support teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive service delivery during implementation.
• Provide support and knowledge sharing throughout all phases of the implementation project scope.
• Document implementation tasks using defined procedures and systems.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of standard procedures.
