Job summary

Clarivate is hiring an Implementation Consultant to join our Intellectual Property team in Ann Arbor, MI. You will partner with clients to deploy Clarivate software, guiding implementation, adoption, and best practices while delivering a superior client experience.

You will manage end-to-end implementation projects, analyze business requirements, and troubleshoot issues with Product and Support teams. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in client-facing roles are expected, with IP experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of client implementation or client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and deployClarivate software products, applying technical and domain knowledge.
• Analyze and interpret business requirements, use cases, workflows, and data to implement solutions.
• Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot software product issues with Product and Support teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
• Provide support and knowledge sharing through all phases of implementation.
• Perform and document implementation tasks using defined procedures and systems.
• Contribute to development and improvement of standard procedures.
