Job summary

Clarivate is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join its Intellectual Property team. In this client-facing role, you will guide clients through deployment of Clarivate software solutions, manage end-to-end implementation projects, and help customers maximize product value while delivering exceptional service.

You will collaborate with Product and Support teams to resolve issues, analyze business requirements, and ensure smooth delivery across all phases of implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• 5+ years of experience in a client implementation or client-facing role
• Prior work experience as a patent paralegal or in the IP industry

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and deploy solutions using Clarivate software products, utilizing technical skills and domain knowledge.
• Analyze and interpret business requirements, use cases, workflows, and data to implement appropriate solutions.
• Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot software product issues in collaboration with Product and Support teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure cohesive service implementation delivery.
• Provide support and knowledge sharing throughout all phases of the implementation project scope.
• Perform and document implementation tasks using defined procedures and systems.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of standard procedures
