Nokia seeks a proactive pre-sales IP Services specialist to partner with Sales & TechSales teams in evaluating opportunities and tailoring Nokia IP solutions for CSPs and enterprises. You will help define fit-for-purpose offers and articulate value across complex IP networks.

In this customer-facing role, you’ll work across cultures and time zones, support Scopes of Work, pricing, and process improvements, and contribute to knowledge sharing and tool enhancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in technical or business stream; Master degree preferred.
• Experience delivering services in IP networks domain.
• Experience in consultative value selling methodologies to services projects.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage conflicting priorities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates and develops business opportunities in IP Network domain, in collaboration with Sales & TechSales teams, typically at regional or sub-regional level.
• Identifies short and longer-term solutions to address customer needs by competitively positioning Nokia IP products and services.
• Acts as a subject matter expert in IP services domain (CARE, Deployment and Professional Services), engages customers, presents viable technical solutions and articulates their value to the customers.
• Understand and keep up to date with Nokia IP Services Portfolio and delivery team's capabilities.
• Actively supports the offer development phases, defines Scopes of Work, Statements of Compliance, optimized cost estimates and a competitive selling price for services.
• Pro-actively support initiatives aiming at continuous improvement of Nokia pre-sales and commercial management tools, processes and marketing collaterals.
• Pro-actively support internal knowledge sharing initiatives.
