Job summary

Anaqua is seeking a Consultant, IP Services to join our Services team. You will oversee front-office client management for patent and trademark maintenance worldwide, build trusted client relationships, and keep portfolio records accurate while supporting process improvement.

This client-facing role requires comfort working within a matrix organization, multitasking across priorities, and delivering practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related IP experience.
• 3+ years of intellectual property experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Demonstrated proactive client relationship skills and ability to interact with executives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-office client management for IP services worldwide.
• Manage client relationships for new and existing clients, forming trusted partnerships focused on timely solutions.
• Support the sales team during the latter stages to educate clients on the services.
• Proactively communicate with external and internal clients to keep portfolio records current, accurate and valid.
• Establish and maintain close working relationships with colleagues across territories for a 'one firm' service delivery.
• Monitor docketing and deliver data reconciliation.
• Provide internal and external software training related to the Services division, and author/update process documentation.
• Engage in continuous process improvements and change management across the business.
