Job summary

Rocky Mountain Youth Corps seeks an IP Program Manager to lead the growth and daily management of the IP program across New Mexico. You will supervise multiple IP coordinators, build local, state, and federal partnerships, and ensure compliance with grants and funding rules.

The role involves budget oversight, risk management, and program development with travel across the state. Office presence in Taos or Albuquerque is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Youth/Conservation Corps or related field.
• Demonstrated record of establishing local, state, and federal partnerships.
• Experience working with young people in outdoor or experiential settings.
• Education aligned to education, youth development, or conservation fields.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and personnel management for IPs across NM.
• Ensure compliance with program policies and manage performance actions.
• Foster an inclusive work environment and professional development.
• Develop partnerships through grants, foundations, and donor relations.
• Coordinate budget and reporting to funders and partners.
• Lead systems implementation for orientation, training and risk management.
• Manage multiple coordinators and supervise field coordinators.
