Job summary

Rocky Mountain Youth Corps is seeking an Individual Placement Program Coordinator in Albuquerque, NM. This full-time professional role focuses on program implementation, supervision of placements, partner development, and field-based training across New Mexico.

You will coordinate IP activities, ensure grant compliance, manage data collection, and provide mentorship to youth participants, with occasional statewide travel and field presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of field experience in natural resource management or related fields.
• Minimum one year of experience with a Youth/Conservation Corps or similar program.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver's license and insurable motor vehicle record.
• Pre-employment background check required; First Aid/CPR preferred; Wilderness First Responder preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise Individual Placements across New Mexico in collaboration with program leadership.
• Support partner development and maintain relationships with host sites and project partners.
• Ensure compliance with grant requirements and data collection. Maintain timely reporting.
• Provide training, onboarding, and supervision to placement participants; oversee field operations and safety.
