Qualifications

• Minimum two years of field experience in natural resource management, outdoor education, or related fields.
• Minimum one year of experience with a Youth/Conservation Corps or other program serving youth and young adults.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Individual Placements across NM regions and supervise placement staff.
• Communicate with project partners to ensure clear objectives before implementation.
• Maintain project data and report progress per grant requirements.
• Support development of new program initiatives and long-term planning.
• Recruit, orient, and train Individual Placements and assist Conservation Program staff.
