Job summary

Rocky Mountain Youth Corps in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an Individual Placements Coordinator to support interns, coordinate placements, manage partner relationships, and deliver training across New Mexico. This role combines office work with field presence to develop and monitor placement projects.

The position requires supervision experience, strong program management, and the ability to travel within the state. Competitive benefits apply with a 40-hour work week and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

Minimum two years of field experience in natural resource management, outdoor education, or related fields.
Minimum one year of experience with a Youth/Conservation Corps or similar program serving youth and young adults.
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Directly support the implementation of Individual Placements across New Mexico.
Communicate with project partners to ensure objectives are understood.
Update impact database and complete reporting per grant requirements.
Provide supervision, coaching, and guidance to Individual Placements.
Lead or assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training of placements.
