Job summary

Rocky Mountain Youth Corps seeks an Individual Placement Program Coordinator in Albuquerque. The role provides logistical, technical, and administrative support to IP participants across New Mexico, with a mix of office duties and field presence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of conservation initiatives in the American Southwest.
• Knowledge of public land management agencies and natural resources.
• Ability to train others in outdoor safety and field skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IP positions across NM regional sites in collaboration with the IP Manager.
• Maintain Project Impact database and complete grant/compliance reporting.
• Develop IP opportunities with existing partners and identify new ones.
• Recruit, orient, and train Individual Placements; supervise field activities.
• Support wellness, development plans, evaluations, and transitions for IPs.
