Rocky Mountain Youth Corps in New Mexico is seeking an Individual Placement Program Manager to lead IP operations across Taos or Albuquerque. The role drives partnerships, project management, and program growth with a focus on compliance and staff supervision.

The position is full-time, 8am-5pm, with travel across the state; salary range is $61,500–$66,500 per year, depending on experience. Start Fall/Winter 2026 with excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Youth/Conservation Corps or related field.
• Experience establishing local, state, and federal partnerships.
• Experience working with youth in outdoor/external settings.
• Knowledge of budgeting and grants management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee effective recruiting and personnel management for Individual Placements across NM.
• Ensure compliance with policies and manage performance and expectations.
• Foster an inclusive work environment and promote professional development.
• Develop partnerships and expand IP program through grants, donor engagement, and collaborations.
• Coordinate partnerships, projects, and reporting to funders and partners.
• Manage budgets for projects and staff and oversee grants and donations.
