Axiom is seeking a mid- to senior-level IP Patent Paralegal to support filing, docketing, and portfolio management for our intellectual property practice. You will work closely with attorneys and IP professionals to advance patent matters across domestic and international portfolios.

The role emphasizes strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• Mid- to senior-level IP/paralegal experience.
• Experience with patent filings, docketing and portfolio management.
• Strong organizational, research, communication and tech skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, file, and track patent applications and related documents.
• Maintain patent docket systems and monitor filing deadlines.
• Support management of domestic and international patent portfolios.
• Coordinate with attorneys, inventors, and outside counsel.
• Maintain accurate patent records and prepare portfolio reports.
• Assist with improving processes for patent filings, docketing, and portfolio administration.
