Job summary

Axiom is seeking a highly organized Litigation Paralegal to join our team, supporting attorneys across a broad range of matters with a strong emphasis on discovery, case management, and litigation support.

Candidate will manage full discovery, draft and respond to requests, coordinate productions, maintain privilege logs, and assist with deposition, trial prep, and post-trial filings, while coordinating calendars and deadlines across matters.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal with full-cycle discovery and case management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
• Experience with litigation support software and document management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attorneys and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full discovery process, including drafting, reviewing, and responding to discovery requests, coordinating document productions, and maintaining privilege logs.
• Provide comprehensive litigation support including legal research, deposition preparation, trial preparation, and post-trial filings.
• Oversee matter and case management, including organizing case files, maintaining litigation calendars, and tracking deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to ensure timely and accurate handling of litigation matters.
• Maintain and organize litigation records, filings, and correspondence in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
