Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Paralegal to support IP Counsels on docketing, management, licensing and transactional matters, and to help maintain IP databases and reports. You will collaborate with sector teams, assist with outside counsel billing, and support metrics and budget reporting.

The role requires a high school diploma with 4+ years in a law firm or corporate legal setting, strong MS Office and SharePoint skills, and US citizenship. Some travel is possible in IP portfolio work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 4 years of relevant experience in law or corporate legal department.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and SharePoint or equivalent.
• Experience with complex electronic databases including budget analysis and billing systems.

Responsibilities

• Support IP Counsels on docketing, management, licensing and transactional matters.
• Serve as primary contact for IP and portfolio management tools and vendor requests.
• Manage maintenance fees/annuities with other IP paralegals and business partners.
