You will prepare and file patent, trademark, and copyright applications, coordinate with foreign counsel, and maintain meticulous records in IP databases while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Requires 3 years of legal experience; IP paralegal experience preferred but not required.
• Associate degree in paralegal or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage attorney dockets and deadlines using IP docketing system.
• Prepare and file patent, trademark, and copyright applications in the USPTO.
• Coordinate with foreign counsel on patent/trademark filings.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and client communications.
• Maintain accurate records in databases and track correspondence.
• Prioritize workload to meet critical deadlines; communicate with attorneys daily.
