Job summary

Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator based in Atlanta or Washington, DC. You will support IP practice marketing, coordinate pitches and proposals, and drive firm-wide initiatives to boost visibility and client engagement.

The role requires at least 2 years in professional services marketing, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to travel for events.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in professional services and/or business-to-business marketing, with a strong preference for law firms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pitches, proposals, and presentations, including using the proposal generation system.
• Perform target client and practice area research and analysis for BD activities.
• Identify and capture IP-related experience and knowledge for proposals and marketing materials.
• Assist with Chambers and Legal 500 submissions, coordinating with partners.
• Manage external marketing mailings and events, including invitations and sponsorship ads.
• Ensure all materials are accurate and aligned with firm standards.
